In the heart of the Nohain valley, the Fillouse goat farm is a great place to discover the region's fine goat cheeses. Here, Raphaël Bourdon makes his own crottins, bûches, pyramides and bouchons from his goats' milk... cheeses that are equally at home as aperitifs or in delicious salads! In summer, you can visit the goat farm, take a tasting and, of course, buy the products.
