As old as it is popular, Mas El Suibès farmhouse has always been a point of reference for the inhabitants of Les Planes d'Hostoles. In 2010, a fine Catalan cuisine restaurant opened its doors here, and has become a specialist in grilled meat, cooked over oak wood for a natural aroma and excellent texture. But there will also be arròs, accompanied by porcini mushrooms or cod. Dishes vary with the seasons, but the quality remains the same. And portions are as generous as ever.
