The Tuset family's baking adventure began in 1989 in Badalona. But it was in 1995, when the company moved to Castellfollit, that it turned to pastry-making, offering muffins and then cupcakes at customer request. Initially made plain, they were gradually topped with chocolate or apple, in response to repeated customer requests. Today, more than 24 varieties of "magdalenes" grace the menu of their specialty. If you like them, you can find them in their stores in Besalú and Peratallada.
