The Romanesque chapel of Sant Prim, a cultural property of local interest, is located west of the municipality of Maià de Montcal. It consists of a single nave with a semi circular apse, a arched door surmounted by a window, all crowned by a brick steeple. There is a legend related to the chapel: two porters to move the relics of Sant Felicià and Sant Prim to the church Sant Pere de Besalú, exhausted by their walk, found refuge in the small chapel of Sant Prim. While their determination began to erode, a source of water burst into abundance, allowing them to regain forces before continuing their path. Since then, people have never missed an opportunity to celebrate the miracle.
