The Can Ribas is an emblematic table of Sant Gregori, opened more than 30 years ago, where mainly guests are found. Its elegant contemporary storyteller is only the same as the dishes offered by the Catalan marmiton team: Copious house plates, traditional but still leaving room for inventiveness in the presentation, as is the case for one of Can Ribas' specialties, the pork dish dish has brasa (braised pork feet). Desserts are tasty and professional.
