A true institution of Catalan mountain cuisine. For more than 50 years, it has welcomed within its walls a whole generation of hikers, mountaineers, skiers and travellers who love the Camprodon Valley. Continuing the legacy of its founders, Sidro and Ventureta, the Vila-Badosa family offers excellent meats from the valley made a la brasa de carbó (charcoal brazier) and traditional recipes adapted to today's cuisine, using fresh seasonal produce (hunting, spring vegetables, autumn mushrooms). Beautiful wine cellar.
