Read moreIn a service room at the crossing of the cross-country interior (wood stove and hunting trophies) and the trendy bar, the panoramic view of the valley is appreciated as well as the small and sophisticated dishes, as well as the garden: very inventive and traditional at a time. After an entrance of emboldening tapas of flower petals, we find on the map original proposals such as the excellent foot carpaccio and brave potatoes, and more classical things like the tuna tartar. Very good desserts. An original place to discover.
