THE BEACHES
Llançà has many small coves along its 7 km of coastline
Llançà's 7 km of coastline boasts many small, welcoming coves. Two beaches, those of Port and Grifeu, fly the blue flag. Bars, terraces and restaurants surround the first, closer to the port. A "route des plages et des arts de la pêche" links this coastline via 7 information points, located on the village's main beaches: Cap de Ras, Grifeu, Le Port, Le Castellar, La Farella, Les Tonyines and Cau del Llop. Here you can learn about ancient fishing practices such as longline and madrague fishing. For those who like their bathing spots a little more wild and tranquil, we recommend Cap de Ras, easily accessible just outside the town.
