In the spa district, in the shade of the trees of a magnificent park, the Auberge du Pré Fleuri is an invitation to delectation. With its large bay windows overlooking the garden, the restaurant room combines aesthetics and luminosity. A perfect setting for the chef's specialty, the seafood platter. We tried the Chef's "Jambon Persillé" terrine, then the veal head with ravigote sauce also convinced our taste buds. The fromage blanc and pavlova with fruit brunoise and strawberry coulis rounded off our delicious meal.
