Located in the heart of the pottery village of Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye, the restaurant Au Grès des Envies is a daily witness to the richness that the land has to offer. The chef applies himself to cooking seasonal dishes, whose freshness is matched only by the flavors that he spreads on the menu. For our greatest pleasure, the egg casserole with black garlic, the parmesan tuiles and its mouillettes opened our appetite. The filet of saithe in a hazelnut crust and its endive Tatin were a delight to our taste buds, and the Catalan cream made us melt with pleasure.

Effectivement nous n’avons pas pu déjeuner.
Sachez toutefois que vous aviez 3 chefs d’entreprise du commerce et en aucun cas nous ne parlons comme cela à nos clients. C’est pour cela que vous avez pris un mauvais avis. Vous avez du faire un gros service et j’en conviens mais on ne parle pas à des clients comme cela.
