Here's a roadside restaurant like fewer and fewer exist, and only in the countryside. Located in the center of town, this establishment serves simple, generous cuisine, the kind that reminds us of our grandmothers' cooking, with home-cooked dishes and sweet Proust's madeleines to tantalize our taste buds. At the time of our visit, the menu featured grilled meats and salads, as well as a fine calf's head, pork palette, ham with Madeira sauce and prune tart. It's warm and friendly. In short, we love it!
