The plates are filled with tasty dishes, a fusion of the chef's American-European inspirations, not forgetting a little Asian detour: fresh pasta, Brazilian-style pork, fajitas and the memorable Creole Voodoo Cake. Daily specials are always original and creative, and always include the catch of the day. Side dishes are seasoned with a master's touch.

Maurice is the king of the fish grill, so don't hesitate to stop at this address if you are an amateur of lobster and other seafood products. The menu changes regularly depending on the fishing and the mood of the chef, but it is never disappointed. The organisation is not the main point of the restaurant, but we come here to enjoy a relaxed and musical atmosphere (reggae and calypso are very often the appointment).
