The menu changes regularly depending on the fishing and the mood of the chef, but it is never disappointed. On the west side of the island, this weathered wooden shack is where most locals recommend you go for a good local bite, especially for breakfast. Glenda serves some of the best Belizean breakfasts on the island: fresh fruit juices and cinnamonrolls, accompanied by egg and bacon dishes. Sandwiches, burritos, tacos and rice and beans are also available. For lunch, the menu features a number of vegetarianoptions, such as vegetable burritos.
