A pretty setting and a lovely evening guaranteed at Hibisca, set in a traditional house where we recommend the heavy tables scattered under the veranda. The plates are filled with tasty dishes, a fusion of the chef's American-European inspirations, not forgetting a little Asian detour: fresh pasta, Brazilian-style pork, fajitas and the memorable Creole Voodoo Cake. Daily specials are always original and creative, and always include the catch of the day. Side dishes are seasoned with a master's touch.
