The Yumbilla Falls are the furthest site from Chachapoyas: near the small village of Cuispes, about 30 minutes by motorcycle taxi from Pedro Ruiz, at the intersection of the Jaen-Tarapoto road and the road that runs along the Utcubamba River, where all of the archaeological and natural riches of the region are scattered. Cuispes is reached by a small dirt road, the village remains very quiet, but the presence of the Yumbilla waterfall, probably the most beautiful in the region, neck and neck with Gocta, has allowed the arrival of visitors. On the spot committee of very active local guides and small inn. A stop for travelers who have more time.
