Frédéric Jonard and his partner Caroline warmly welcome you to their new restaurant in Nevers. On the menu are traditional Burgundian and Morvan dishes, including crapiauds, bœuf bourguignon and fondue bourguignonne. Not forgetting a Signature dessert with Nevers nougatines. The house specialty! Because, at L'Ardoise, everything is prepared using local produce and offered in short circuits. To be enjoyed in an intimate, authentic and comfortable atmosphere.
