One foot in the Giennois, the other in the Sancerrois. Émile Balland has vines in his blood. And that's an understatement, since his family has had a wealth of expertise since 1650. He himself went to study oenology in the great pink city of the South-West and then went, not to the coal mine, but to the vine shoot, to carry high the colours of the grapes grown and gleaned. Sauvignon and Pinot Noir transpire tender Sancerre, white or red. With a Gamay, we capsize in the Coteaux-du-Giennois, reds and rosés. A winegrower's happiness!

FROMAGERIE PÉROT

Regional grocery cheese and cream shops

The Pérot family breeds about 80 dairy cows, Charolais and Aubrac cows on the family farm. From the milk harvested, dairy products with an authentic taste are made on the spot. A craft work, whose generosity is found in the quality of the products: ladled faisselles moulded by the artisan cheesemaker as well as yoghurts brewed with whole milk, plain or with fruits, creamy as you wish! Craftsmen who give preference to local or French products, both for the raw materials and the packaging.
