The Pérot family breeds about 80 dairy cows, Charolais and Aubrac cows on the family farm. From the milk harvested, dairy products with an authentic taste are made on the spot. A craft work, whose generosity is found in the quality of the products: ladled faisselles moulded by the artisan cheesemaker as well as yoghurts brewed with whole milk, plain or with fruits, creamy as you wish!
