It is a natural park created in the 1960s, a strange green and blue break in the landscape of the region. The large Laguna Hanson is surrounded by conifers and rocky peaks, and the altitude of the park (between 1,600 and 1,800 m) favours the freezing of its waters in winter; snow sometimes falls at the end of the year. Many feathered animals feed here: ducks, swans, woodpeckers, falcons, golden eagles... The Kiumay and Paï-Paï natives, who live in communities a few dozen kilometres to the north, regularly go there to harvest pine nuts and acorns. It is the ideal place for beautiful walks or bike rides. Bungalows to rent on site.
