Pannecière dam of 340 m long and 50 m high, in a green setting, offering guided tours of the lake.

340 m long and 50 m high, this dam is made up of thirteen arches and buttresses. Managed by Les Grands Lacs de Seine, it is built on the Yonne stream, and holds back the 80 million cubic meters of the Pannecière reservoir. It was first impounded in 1949, and remains an exceptional structure in this green setting. In summer, guided tours of the lake and dam are organized by the Grands Lacs Tourist Office: visit the dam lookout for a guided tour of this impressive structure.
