Toussiana and its surroundings form a large village of 19,000 Toussians, located on National Road 1 between Bobo (55 km) and Banfora (30 km). The main activity is agriculture, of mangoes and vegetables but also of cereals, groundnuts and cotton. Toussiana does not have a major tourist attraction but it can be a natural break with very nice walks. Around June-July, you can see wild orchids! From April to the end of July, you can visit one of the 7 mango, banana or coconut drying units.
