Travel Guide Melloulèche

Melloulèche is a small agricultural village located at about equal distance between Mahdia in the north, Sfax in the south and El Jem in the west, separated by about fifty kilometers by road. The main economic activity of the population is agriculture, with in particular the exploitation of the olive trees of the vast Sahelian olive grove. But the proximity of long sandy beaches in an almost preserved environment makes it a popular destination. The village is a strategic resort to discover the southern part of the Sahel and its key sites, while enjoying the tranquility of a rural area still little visited by tourists.
