Excellent 3 star restaurant offering a local cuisine, young, innovative and refined with seasonal and market products.

Denis Guenot composes for you a young, innovative and refined local cuisine, based on seasonal products and market arrivals. To delight gourmets and gourmands, the chef excels in the creativity of his dishes, and strives to offer you the best of local traditions. On the Terroir d'ici menu, in a duo of greens and roses, we have been offered large langoustines, peas, mint and raspberries. Then we feasted on a great classic prepared with the Rossini tournedos in garlic cream and condiments. The cheese platter is a delicacy made with milk, matured to perfection. As for the dessert, it was a lemon delicacy. A waltz of flavours that we highly recommend. We appreciate having lunch on the terrace. The setting is reminiscent of the great Parisian houses. An excellent table, worthy of a 3-star restaurant! Note that this former post house also offers a hotel service with 24 rooms beautifully redesigned for a top-of-the-range stay.

Très bon restaurant gastronomique, Entrée artichaut et écrevisses prometteuse, filet de maigre truffé excellent, une tuerie, et dessert soufflé alcoolisé généreux. Par ailleurs personnel sympathique et attentionné.

Appréciation plutôt moyenne surtout par rapport au prix. La 1ère serveuse tend les cartes sans un bonjour.... plats à la carte plutôt courte. Entrées correctes (œuf moeurette), plats de résistance à l'avenant (bonne cuisson du poisson) mais pour tous les plats garniture très réduite (oignons cuits pour le poisson, qq champignons accompagnant les 2 tranches de côte de bœuf ). Bien dommage. Desserts très décevants notamment la crêpe "suzette" toute molle baignant dans un jus au fruits rouges. Bien cher et très classique pour une formule appelée "decouverte"

Bonne table, service agréable et attentionné, tout est fait minute avec des produits frais, ça se sent dans l'assiette ! Mention spéciale au chef qui sait très bien adapter ses plats aux allergies et intolérances, merci pour le dessert improvisé pour l'occasion ! :)
