A small town on the banks of the Mokoko River, it is a stopover for tourists visiting the UNESCO World Heritage Waterberg Biosphere, a landscape of rocks, mounds and cliffs, shaped over the years by the currents and movements of river erosion. There are a few craft shops, stalls and a petrol station for any supplies, but also, along this magnificent scenery, live large mammals such as the white rhinoceros, particularly endangered by poaching, but also giraffes, blue wildebeest and other species of antelopes, which we will gladly cross.
