On 4 floors, there is a choice of well-equipped double rooms, studios and apartments with beautiful balconies. On the ground floor there is a large terrace to be shared by the residents for relaxation, where you will find a café-bar. There is a private beach below and a supermarket and several restaurants nearby. For guests, there is the possibility of sea trips or excursions in the area. For this, ask the owners.

Hotel ładny, czysty, zadbany, ale pokoiki malutkie, telewizor nie działał ,w łazience spłuczka zepsuta, brak suszarki do bielizny. Najgorsze jest to że pracownik przyniósł mi mopa i kazał myć schody na klatce schodowej gdy weszłam w mokrych butach...przy tym krzycząc na mnie ..to jest nie do przyjęcia!! Właściciel starszy człowiek bardzo miły mówi że ma bardzo duży szacunek dla Polaków za to co robimy dla Ukrainy ale ci młodzi Chorwaci nie są już tak przyjaznymi ludźmi. Byłam z dwiema córkami które bały się wyjść same bez nas na plażę .Jedyny plus to gorąca piękna pogoda i ciepłe czyste morze.

Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Eigentümer und Angestellte, Zimmer komfortabel mit tollem Blick zum Meer, hervorragendes Restaurant im Erdgeschoss, schöner Privatstrand direkt daneben - alles was man braucht für einen wunderbaren Urlaub!

Best delicious fishplate what i ever eat. Really friendly personal and great owner. Quite place for famillies with children or for those who dont likes noisy places. Private beach with deck chairs for free. Bus station 2 min of walking from Villa Jerkan. With bus you will be in few minutes in Split or Omis. I can just recommend.
