Between Podstrana and Jesenice, this large white villa overlooks the sea without any opposite. On 4 floors, there is a choice of well-equipped double rooms, studios and apartments with beautiful balconies. On the ground floor there is a large terrace to be shared by the residents for relaxation, where you will find a café-bar. There is a private beach below and a supermarket and several restaurants nearby. For guests, there is the possibility of sea trips or excursions in the area. For this, ask the owners.

Właściciel młody człowiek, bardzo arogancki. Umówieni byliśmy na inną kwate za pobyt ze śniadaniami, po przyjeździe powiedział, że wszystko drożeje i za pobyt również powiedział inną cenę, śniadań jak.sie okazało nie było, bo nie mógł znaleźć pracowników.. Ale to akurat nie był problem. Gdy nie zgodziliśmy się na podwyższona cenę za pokój od tej którą uzgodniliśmy, powiedział, że mamy jedna noc i możemy sobie iść... Szukać czegoś. Byliśmy z dwójką dzieci, w końcu doszliśmy do kompromisu, tylko dzięki spokojowi męża. Młody wlasciel to człowiek nerwowy i niepanujacy nad sobą. Nigdy więcej takiego miejsca. Plus za bliskość do morza, leżaki. Piękny idok.Natomiast woda z wodorostami, dość mętna jak na Chorwację. Może trafiliśmy na takie prądy.. ogólnie nie polecam
Jest tyle pięknych miejsc, z fantastycznymi właścicielami, odnoszącymi się z szacunkiem do gości. W łazience zepsuta spłuczka przez cały pobyt.

Uživanje na jako lijepom mjestu uz još ljepši pogled na more i plažu. Ukusna hrana u konobi koju priprema i poslužuje jako ljubazno osoblje. Srčano smo dočekani od cijelog kolektiva.
Jako lijepo iskustvo, vrijedno ponovo posjetiti.

The apartments are very cozy and perfect for couples or families (depending on the room, some fit more people).
The views are just amazing and the property is literally sitting on the beach.
There is also a great restaurant downstairs.
Overall very recommended.
