B comme Bière was born from Philippe's passion for beer: it is in the heart of the green Morvan that he set up his microbrewery to produce his beers in an artisanal way and in a short circuit. His beers are both sweet and amber, light and refreshing, or creamy according to the desires of the moment. The Pils, the Ambrée, the Brune and the seasonal beers are to be found directly at the brewery or on the markets of Saulieu and Alligny-en-Morvan.
