Restaurant offering Burgundian wines and food in Volnay.

Since April 2011, the Pavillon François Gaunoux has been the second window in the area after the place Carnot in Beaune, ideally placed on the wine route between Pommare and Meursault. The estate owns 11 ha for a dozen names of which five are first crus in Beaune, Volnay and Pommare, including the Rugiens, Epenots and Grand Epenots. From 8 € for a Burgundy to 48 € for the best first vintage. The work is done in a reasoned culture, the cellar is at Gaunoux castle in Meursault, a castle surrounded by the Tavaux pass, a monopoly. And for amateurs you will also find a shopping side, some wines from other regions, such as Bordeaux (Yquem, Petrus.), Rosé de Provence (Figuière) and Champagnes… offer you a wine tasting of the estate, wine wine from 3.90 € to 6.90 €, € 7.50 for champagne. Beautiful terrace terrace overlooking the vineyards. Inside a small area dedicated to the sale of wine and the restoration of Burgundy: Brasserie, salads, sausage plates, omelettes, cheeses and some dishes of the day (catering formula). The dish is 10 € (Burgundy beef - wine-chicken) and desserts at 4.90 €.
