L'Auberge du Côteau is a must when visiting the Hautes Côtes de Nuits. The two young chefs who took over the establishment in 2022 offer delicious local Burgundian cuisine: jambon persillé, oeufs en meurette... Meat is a real specialty here. Cooked over a wood fire in the restaurant's beautiful fireplace, they are accompanied by a local wine carefully selected by the chefs. Don't forget to save room for the delicious homemade desserts. The lunchtime menu is an affordable way to enjoy a meal during the week.

Un classique des hautes côtes repris de main de maître en conservant l'âme du lieu. C'est bon et les prix sont beaucoup plus raisonnables que sur la côte. Un des meilleurs si ce n'est le meilleur qualité prix du coin (surtout le menu du midi)
