Come and discover the processes of making a cheese of character. The cheese factory is the only one to manufacture and refine Munster in Alsace. In this canton we talk about the "Welche", a novel dialect, but another of the peculiarities is the love of cheese, and more specifically Munster. His story? En week-end à Orbey, nous avons décidé de nous arrêter à cette fromagerie, l'accueil est très chaleureux, nous avons pu goûter les différents produits proposés à la vente.
