L'Auberge de Guillaume offers refined cuisine based on seasonal and local produce, such as green asparagus from Roques-Hautes. Here, you'll enjoy dishes concocted with the finest produce, cooking techniques, seasonings and flavors. These vary according to season and availability, with a particular emphasis on local produce. To accompany your meals, he offers a wine list featuring Burgundy wines. You'll also find wines from other regions of France.
