Caloric and copious dishes to be tasted on a superb terrace in an excellent address in Kruth.

One of the best addresses on the Route des Crêtes! Since 2021, Christophe has been perpetuating the warm welcome of this family-run farm inn in two beautiful rooms typical of the Hautes-Vosges region. No robots or industrial ferments here: cheeses are made the old-fashioned way, with milk from the farm's 40 cows. Try Kas (soft cheese) or Bargkas (hard cheese), both matured on site. The traditional marcaire meal is sure to satisfy both big and small appetites. And on the terrace, a superb view of the Thur valley awaits you.

De passage en randonnée itinérante, mes amis et moi nous sommes régalés. C'était excellent et la dame qui nous a accueilli et servie était fort aimable. Produit locaux de A à Z (cad de l'apero au dessert en passant par le vin tout comme le pain). Pépite.

Excellent restaurant authentique et traditionnel, comme il n’y en a plus beaucoup de nos jours, tenu par une famille d’agriculteurs passionnés et qui ne comptent pas leurs heures. Le repas marcaire est entièrement fait maison, la qualité des produits rappelle à chacun la cuisine de nos grands-mères. Et le service se fait dans une ambiance conviviale et chaleureuse. Et que dire du cadre qui est absolument splendide. Tout simplement exceptionnel.

Le menu est ultra copieux, pour le plus grand plaisir des randonneurs affamés.
Ambiance de refuge, très conviviale.
Tout est très bon. La soupe, en particulier, est succulente.
