Since 2021, Christophe has been perpetuating the warm welcome of this family-run farm inn in two beautiful rooms typical of the Hautes-Vosges region. No robots or industrial ferments here: cheeses are made the old-fashioned way, with milk from the farm's 40 cows. Try Kas (soft cheese) or Bargkas (hard cheese), both matured on site. The traditional marcaire meal is sure to satisfy both big and small appetites. And on the terrace, a superb view of the Thur valley awaits you.

I to spend this summer and truly memorable, dispatch before it is victim of their success, has to recommend +++++++ (get there week, weekend to charge)
It is one of these farmhouse inns to have marked the history of the region (especially during the 2 wars).
They enjoy to show you their know-how (production Munster) and does not hesitate to take time for you.
On the other side of the road of the peaks, vosges high summits with the Alsace, the Alsace plain, the black forest and Alps in view.
Tout est parfait, la cuisine généreuse, le repas Marcaire est un véritable régal en quatre actes, tout est préparé maison avec les produits de la ferme en grande majorité, l'accueil est chaleureux et souriant, l'ambiance est sympathique et authentique avec une belle décoration faite des objets du quotidien de la ferme et beaucoup de bois, on s'y trouve bien immédiatement, et le cadre autour de la ferme est grandiose avec la vue sur la vallée, les crêtes qui dominent très légèrement et les prés où paissent tranquillement le troupeau de belles vaches de race vosgienne.
Une escapade gourmande et bienfaisante que nous aimons renouveler dès que nous en avons la possibilité.
