Not far from the Dampoort crossroads, this small Belgian restaurant par excellence serves mainly Flemish, but also Walloon dishes. It owes its attractiveness to its warm family atmosphere and its charismatic and welcoming owner. The chicory with gratins is a delight, as is the famous carbonade and other Flemish grandmother's dishes cooked here, because everything is homemade, to the delight of the regulars. A classic in the neighbourhood, so don't forget to book in advance, as there is little room in its small room or on the terrace.
