Ideally located in the heart of the city centre, in a th century building, this restaurant has preserved the authenticity of the place with its period walls, its apparent bricks, its painted wooden ceiling - classified -, its great crystal chandelier and its beautiful tables… while providing a beautiful note of modernity. Side map, regionalism is part and the classics are of good quality: shrimp chunks, waterzoi or traditional Flemish stew. Special mention of tender and steak accompanied by béarnaise sauce prepared per minute and fresh fries sliced by hand. There is also a beautiful courtyard side terrace for fine days and a magnificent medieval vaulted cellar for up to 40 people. But the place to its visitors and you will need to book two days in advance.
