Damien Herbay did not arrive in the profession by chance, he was brought up with the aroma of the recipes that his mother and grandmother concocted. Later on, he worked in the kitchens of some beautiful Belgian houses. Today, he realizes his dream from his magnificent property on the banks of the Meuse, with a gastronomy that rhymes with conviviality. The local seasonal products are sublimated and all that is proposed to the tasting is made house. A short menu and 4 seasonal menus sum up the spirit of a product lover.
