A Namur cooperative with a social purpose, it has been bringing together members since 2013 who are resisting the disappearance of small-scale farms, the impoverishment of know-how and the taste that has become uniform. Paysans Artisans has nearly 500 cooperators, including 100 producers selling more than 2,000 products, often organic. The cooperative is developing its marketing, support for producers and awareness-raising. There are butchers, bakers, cheese makers, vegetable, chocolate and mushroom producers. The cooperative is present in 10 communes (see web).
