We quickly fall under the charm of this new fish shop. Since 2021, it has been embellishing the area around the church of Salzinnes, between a stall of the Paysans-Artisans and a wine and cheese shop. A real local shop, we rediscover the pleasure of going to the fishmonger Morgan Roger for his monkfish, cod, sardines or lesser known fish. In a more festive mode, we also think of his shellfish or the copious seafood platters. In summer, the plancha platter with eight kinds of fish is all the rage.
