For three generations, chocolate makers have been working at Fronville since 1946. Claire and Étienne de Hucorne, with their two sons, run two must-see boutiques. The Fronville chocolate factory, rue de Fer, offers many chocolates but also Biétrumé, the exclusive caramel emblem of Namur. La Maison des Desserts, rue Haute-Marcelle, offers a choice of pastries, home-made pralines (grand cru, Macha tea, blackcurrant...), caraques, macaroons. The tea room is a social must in this 17th century building with terrace and garden.

During the call to the Hucorne house, despite having denia their kids, I have heard melts " of it; however past it to the passoire" ...too bad.
