Former chef, Karin Burton left her Brussels Lou Ferri to find refuge in Jambes. Her credo remains the same: to help people discover and appreciate her native Provence and especially its local products. With Claude, her husband, she regularly goes down to her native region to stock up on the specialities she intends to promote. In her delicatessen, nothing is missing: Costières de Nîmes wines, olives, Camargue rice, oils, calissons, organic soaps, fish soups, etc. Producers who have followed her since she started cooking.
