1 review

Namur station was built in 1843. The architecture of its façade, although modified, is still the original one. It was designed by the architect Lambeau, who was also responsible for the stations in Charleroi and Liège-Guillemins. In the mid-1990s, the SNCB undertook a thorough and lengthy modernisation of the station. In several phases, this is currently being completed with the installation of the bus station on the roof. Multimodality is emphasized as well as accessibility for PRMs. 400 trains a day serve Namur station.
