Simone might be on retirement for years, it does not make her any less! Colourful character and light verb, Simone has as much talent to tell the stories as to welcome her guests and to treat them at her table! A few kilometres from Salivas, in its lost and bucolic hamlet to perfection, the farmhouse is rustic and the rooms are simple, practical and clean. Moderate prices but generous welcome: 50 € Per night for 2 and 35 Euros for one person, breakfast included. Simone, who left the development of the exploitation of 150 acres to her son, continues to welcome her guests in her 5 rooms and her table d'hôte that you should not be missed under any circumstances. For 18 € or 25 €, you will treat yourself with the menu that made its reputation with tourists, the elected representatives and the chefs passing by: an omelette with bacon, terrine, cottage cheese from the farm and famous blazed pancakes (tip: program a small digestive siesta!). The selection of wines and cremants is equally local and very pleasant. After this discovery, you will be ready for a session in the nearby golf course, a walk on the ramparts of Salivas, and several times a year, the tea dance that Simone organises in the Salives social hall.
