Merveilleux accueil dans un cadre exceptionnel ! Le confort et le silence des chambres, la propreté irréprochable de la salle de bain, le calme d’un château du XVIe siècle ne sont rien à côté de la qualité de l’accueil. Un restaurant à la cuisine excellente et au service irréprochable et sans lenteur, la gentillesse de tous, et les petites attentions à notre égard (merci pour votre petit mot et les échantillons de moutarde) ont rendu inoubliables ces moments passés au château de Ste Sabine.

La formule du brunch du dimanche est intéressante dans l’ensemble avec une belle qualité de plats, un bon plateau de fromages et divers hors-d’œuvres sympathiques. Les viennoiseries ne sont pas à la hauteur par contre. Le service fût un peu approximatif mais les serveurs serveuses et cuisiniers sont gentils.
