Bertrand Gueucier brings us the benefit of his culinary experience acquired over 15 years in the kitchens of the region's finest restaurants. We love crowding in here and enjoying the simple, authentic atmosphere of the dining room or terrace, curled up in the sun with a view over the town hall square in Saint-Romain, this pretty winegrowers' village surrounded by cliffs. Crisenon trout, helianthis, hollandaise with hazelnut butter and smoked bacon; chocolate tart, cocoa nibs, Irish Coffee sauce and cocoa sorbet, a menu with just the right tastes, harmonious, we love it. Bravo!
