Perfect restaurant to eat well, offering the best charcuterie in Saint-Jean-de-Losne.

For fine dining on the quays in Saint-Jean, Le Sauconna is the place to go. Since 2019, the Sauconna team has been serving high-quality traditional cuisine. With chef Jonathan, everything is fresh and cooked the same day, right down to the finest charcuterie. Sa pôchouse, an ancestral Burgundian dish, is brought up to date here, to the delight of gourmets. Do you prefer meat? Charolais beef burger or wild game civet are also on the menu. Crème brûlée and ice cream cups round off the meal beautifully.

Malgré notre mauvaise planification, Le Sauconna a été extrêmement accommodant et son incroyable personnel a fourni un service de classe mondiale pour accompagner une incroyable sélection de plats et de vins. Cinq étoiles, c'est une injustice, mais c'est tout ce que je peux faire. Hautement recommandé.
