Perfect restaurant to eat well, offering the best charcuterie in Saint-Jean-de-Losne.

For fine dining on the quays in Saint-Jean, Le Sauconna is the place to go. Since 2019, the Sauconna team has been serving high-quality traditional cuisine. With chef Jonathan, everything is fresh and cooked the same day, right down to the finest charcuterie. Sa pôchouse, an ancestral Burgundian dish, is brought up to date here, to the delight of gourmets. Do you prefer meat? Charolais beef burger or wild game civet are also on the menu. Crème brûlée and ice cream cups round off the meal beautifully.

Nous avons bien mangé, produits frais et bien travaillé, par contre j'ai trouvé que c'était vraiment excessif le prix. D'autres restaurants proposent aussi de la cuisine avec produits frais et bien cuisiné pour beaucoup moins cher, je pensais vraiment voir une différence mais malheureusement je ne l'ai pas trouvé sauf sur l'addition...
