The Wellness Resort des Hautes Fagnes offers two atmospheres. The first one is rather gastronomic ("Aux Saveurs des Fagnes" : pig iberico, cod skrei, red mullet fillet,...) while the Brasserie des Hautes-Fagnes offers rather equally good but less refined specialities. Local dishes such as a homemade vol-au-vent or grilled meat. A simple but well-prepared cuisine. An unmissable stopover when pretending to visit the region!
