A mecca for Verviers' gastronomy, the menu remains a must with grilled meats (over a wood fire), real calf's head or other regional dishes and game in season. Also noteworthy are the excellent dumplings of the chef (who was awarded the Boulette d'Or in a previous establishment) and other local specialities. The atmosphere is that of a relaxed bistro-brewery, where the staff is friendly and efficient. A beautiful classic masterfully managed by Daniel Tsoutzidis and his wife Virginie Bordawé.

Super accueillant le patron Daniel et son personnel sont géniaux sympas et souriants et la cuisine est fabuleusement extra !
Je vous conseille vivement de vous y rendre mais réserver car c'est tellement bien que c'est souvent remplis les habitués reviennent !
