Gault & Millau-rated, the cuisine at Le Manoir is that of chef Loïc Jambon, who trained at Le Manoir in its early days, then left for other horizons before returning with stripes of executive chef. Menus of 2 to 6 courses overlooking the parks and gardens, composed with fine ingredients such as Saint-Malo crab, partridge, black truffle, etc., subtly blended and sprinkled with Asian touches.

With a focus on fresh market produce, the menus offer excellent value for money. Preparations are close to perfection, both visually and in taste. As for the wine selection, it matches the dishes and has no unpleasant surprise effect on the bill.
