HESTIA

Greek restaurant

Why Hestia? In Greek, Hestia means "sacred fire", the one that represents the house, the hearth. And that's what you feel when you enter this restaurant that takes you straight to the heart of Greece. It is with a feeling of exoticism that we taste tzatkiki, tyrokafteri, choriatiki, Cretan salad, souvlakia, Greek-style fried fish and of course the famous pork gyros and the Hestia dish: chicken stuffed with cheese vegetables and tomato cream sauce. The flavours are simple and tasty. Possibility to take away many dishes.

LE RELAIS

A great address for weekend getaways. The à la carte menu features a range of meat and fish dishes (saithe fillet with acacia honey, lamb with lavender, quail with citrus and ginger...), several fine bottles of wine (including a small selection from the New World) and a wide choice of desserts. The service is very friendly, and the owners don't hesitate to speed things up if you have theater or concert tickets for the second half of the evening. This is an address that will delight lovers of simple, refined pleasures.

The place is pleasant, especially the terraces where you can eat in the shade of the trees. In the dining room, the team is dynamic and efficient. In the kitchen, the dishes are gourmet, with an emphasis on southern flavors. Although from time to time a few influences from here and there mingle with the preparations, but always with subtlety. The Vigneron menu is recommended, especially as it changes every week. And to accompany your dishes, Christian Leroy is a fine sommelier. He's always on hand to unearth new discoveries from the bottles.
