The liquorist Michel Bouillon offers two liqueurs with delicious aromas: M.intense Crème de macaron, and M.intense Crème de macaron Caramel à la fleur de sel, pleasant as a coulis on a dessert or as a coffee sprout. There is also an aperitif based on passion fruit juice (Fruit'T Passion) and the M. PEK 35, an organic pékèt to be enjoyed in many circumstances! M. Bouillon also specialises in the production of custom-made products, from the elaboration to the bottling. His flagship bottles are sold in Liege and its region.
