Wine estates Puligny-Montrachet

On the road of great crus, stop at the estate of the estate Henri Moroni. For 60 years, the house has been continuing its know-how and the quality of its wines. At the head of the field, three brothers and sisters: Catherine, Philippe and Christophe who ensure the proper operation of the property and operate 9 ha of vineyards in the municipality of Puligny-Montrachet. Four ha mainly produce large, world-class white wines from denominations, 1 ^st and large wines. Carried out in the rules of art, the field works in reasoned viticulture with the aim of limiting interventions on vines to respect these noble lands. Combining tradition and modernity, the house offers an authentic product, the fruit of regular work and without false pretence. Result: a panel of outstanding names combined with impeccable quality of production: rigorous selection of grapes, breeding and bottling to the property. In addition to appellations in puligny-montrachet, mercurey and saint-aubin are to be discovered in the cellar.

At Jean-Louis Chavy's family estate, traditional wine-making know-how is passed down from generation to generation. The grapes are harvested by hand and the wine is aged in barrels, partially renewed each year. The 6.5 ha of vines are exclusively planted with chardonnay. The vineyards are located in Puligny-Montrachet and its surroundings. The appellations are prestigious: Les Folatières, Les Perrières or Les Champs Gain. Jean-Louis Chavy's philosophy is to keep all the purity of the fruits to obtain pure and deep wines.
